About Us

In attaining competence and confidence in radiology, nothing replaces reading out cases. Textbooks, journals, and lectures provide only a foundation.

The Virtual Radiology Fellowship® programs are designed to allow physicians to gain experience in “reading-out” a series of cases in a particular subject at their convenience on their computer.

The Virtual Radiology Fellowship® programs simulate the experience of a visiting fellowship through innovative software which includes a workstation simulator. Participants learn how to approach a case, review a series of complete imaging studies on a workstation simulator, read discussions about a wide spectrum of pathology, and print out radiology reports for each case. After completing each program, participants should be able to approach and interpret an imaging study with confidence and dictate a complete radiology report.

These activities have been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Area and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Medical Education Resources and Quantum Medical Education.

Participants are eligible for a maximum of 15 AMA PRA Category 1 credits®.
